Well, my blog really gathering dust liao...notice that i only make 3 entries this month, really slacking liao..haha...wana do this few days back..but i think i should watched both to make comparision lo.....
Well, saw Benjamin Button and Slumdog Millionaire, well, i think i still love benjamin button regardless of what Oscar done lo..i think if it pit against other movie or nominated in any other year, it will win Oscar hands down lo..but then...as someone says it..is ecomomy downturn now..everyone need something that make them believe that there is hope for whatever mess we are in...ok..a movie doesn't change much in real live, but people always rooted for underdogs lo..Benjamin is really about life how a person go thru life..and it is really nice to watch..i think is not as sad as some people comment lol...well, it did not have a happy ending, but then, u learn alot about life..and whether life is a beauty or not..i think that is for one to experince lo...well, i know something will last...and i know it cos i found angel^_^
Well, slumdog is a bit predictable la...good guy get his day...get the money and get the girl...well sure it is a feel good movie lo..but i think it might rank with the same experience i had with Forbidden Kingdom..alot of expectation..but the movie come out short....maybe is too much hype given to the movie...the cinama hall is full house...at 9.30pm show..is a bit strange lo..but then, i love how they shot the movie...the song is ok...and the harsh reality of slum in india...which i no doubt is real...kind of make u feel that u are blessed living in malaysia...well, i think what make me feel weird is that i kind of take the comment on a paper that say 'maybe because the ecomomy so bad, people tend ot love is rag to riches movie..a unlikely hero' too seriously that i miss out on the feel good part of movie...well..i will stop reading chinese paper comments on movie liao...haha...^_^
